What a branded gazebo can include
A branded gazebo is one of our standard commercial frames dressed with printed parts. These are the options, from quickest to most complete.
Velcro prints
Printed panels that fix to the walls or across the top of the canopy. Small prints suit sidewalls and counters; large prints sit on the canopy where they can be seen from a distance. They are the fastest option to produce.
Printed walls and half walls
Full-height printed sidewalls for backdrops and enclosed stands, and printed half walls that make a branded counter front for sampling, bars and registration desks.
Full canopy and walls
The complete look: printed canopy, three printed walls and a printed half wall, so the gazebo reads as your brand from every side.
Drop banners and trims
Drop banners, velcro strips and branded trims for the larger frames, useful when a sponsor needs to be seen on a gazebo that is mostly plain.
Flags and extras
Printed flags are available too. Lighting, flooring, heaters and furniture can be added to any branded gazebo and fitted by the same crew.

Lead times and the artwork process
Velcro prints are the quickest branding we offer, and full canopy and wall prints take longest, so the earlier you send artwork the more options you have. We prefer three weeks' notice, and when time is short we can turn branding around in as little as 72 hours.

We lay it out
Our designers place your artwork on the panels, matching your colours, fonts and positioning to your guidelines. We send you a proof to approve before anything is printed.
Print, deliver and build
We do all the printing in-house. Once the prints are made, our crew delivers the gazebos, fits the branding on site, anchors everything and collects it after the event.
Printed parts are available to hire or to buy, so if you have more events coming up you can keep your branding and use it again.

Can I have printed sidewalls as well as a printed canopy?
Yes. Zip-in sidewalls can be fully printed, and a full package covers the canopy, three walls and a half wall.
Do you install the branded gazebos?
Yes. The same trained crew that installs all our gazebos delivers, builds and anchors branded units, then takes them down and collects them after the event.
Can you brand a gazebo at short notice?
Often, yes. Velcro prints are the quickest option because they fix onto a standard black or white gazebo, so a printed banner on a plain frame is usually the answer when time is short. Turnaround is possible in as little as 72 hours, though three weeks' notice gives you the full range of prints.
Is a branded gazebo safe in wind?
Yes, when it is anchored properly. Printed walls and banners give the wind more to catch, so we anchor every leg with cast iron weights and bring extra weights and tie-down kits free of charge when high wind is forecast. Wind limits vary by size and setup, and we monitor wind speeds closely before and during every hire.
Can you brand a whole run of gazebos?
Yes. Joined gazebos and market runs can carry matching prints, and we supply up to 150 gazebos on a single order.
