Pop-Up Gazebo Hire in London
Every gazebo we hire is a heavy-duty pop-up: a folding commercial frame that our crew puts up in minutes, stands on cast iron weights instead of pegs, and takes away again when you are done.
Pop-up gazebo hire gets you proper commercial cover without the long build or the ground damage of a pegged marquee. Tell us the date, the postcode and roughly how many people need shelter, and we send back a free quote the same day. We deliver across Greater London every day and regularly into Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey and Berkshire; check our service area if you are further out.
What a pop-up gazebo is, and why our whole fleet is built from them
A pop-up gazebo is a folding frame with the canopy already fitted: it opens out like a concertina, the legs extend and lock, and it is standing within minutes. Ours are not the garden-centre kind: heavy-duty 45mm to 55mm commercial frames in anodised aluminium, with PU coated polyester canopies that are fully waterproof and block 99% of UV.
Because they fold flat, one van carries a whole market run. Because they stand on weights, they go up on tarmac, paving, decking and rooftops where a pegged tent cannot. Our trained two-person crew puts up a gazebo in under 7 minutes, anchoring and safety checks included, and each leg of a 3x3m sits on a 28kg weight.
Pop-up gazebo sizes for hire
We hire four core pop-up sizes. Capacities below are for guests standing, or seated at tables.
| Size | Cover | Guests |
|---|---|---|
| 3x3m Gorilla | 9m² | Up to 20 standing, around 10 seated |
| 3x4.5m Tiger | 13.5m² | Up to 30 standing, around 15 seated |
| 3x6m Rhino | 18m² | Up to 40 standing, around 20 seated |
| 4x8m Mammoth | 32m² | 100 standing, 60 seated banquet style |
Need more cover than one unit gives you? Rhinos join side by side with sealed gutters into 6x6m, 9x6m and 12x6m structures, and 3x3m units run in rows for market aisles. We also hire the 4x4m (limited stock), up to 30 guests standing or about 16 seated, and the 4x6m (limited stock), up to 50 standing or about 24 seated. The 4x6m has no middle legs, so three join into a clear 6x12m structure. We also build marquee-style and wedding-style structures in many sizes. Every option is on our gazebo sizes page, and party layouts are on small marquee and garden party tent hire.
Where pop-up gazebos work best
Markets, fetes and street food
Single 3x3m stalls or whole runs for traders, school fetes and Christmas markets, set up before you open. See market stall gazebo hire.
Gardens and patios
No pegs means no holes in the lawn and no problem on paving. Folded, a 3x3m frame measures 150 x 25 x 25cm, so it goes through a side gate or a hallway.
Courtyards, car parks and hard standing
Weights hold the frame on concrete and tarmac, which is why venues, schools and offices use us for entrances, queues and catering stations.
Rooftops and terraces
Non-invasive weighted anchoring and a site survey before any rooftop build. More on rooftop gazebo hire.
Brand activations and corporate events
Printed walls, velcro banners and branded canopies turn a plain pop-up into a stand people remember. See corporate gazebo hire.
Delivered and set up, or dry hire from Ilford
Most customers take the full service. Every standard booking includes delivery, installation by our crew, cast iron weights and collection after the event, and the Congestion Charge and parking are included in the quote price. You get a gazebo standing, anchored and checked, and never lift a leg.
If you have your own experienced crew, dry hire works too. You collect the gazebos and weights from our depot at Ilford Sports Club, 3 Cricklefield Place, Ilford IG1 1FY, put them up and return them. Times are agreed when you book.
Wind, rain and sidewalls
Every canopy is fully waterproof and every frame is CE certified. Wind limits vary by size and setup, and we monitor wind speeds closely before and during every hire. We bring extra weights and tie-down kits free of charge when high wind is forecast, and if conditions become unsafe the crew will advise you.
Sidewalls come as standard on our standard-size gazebos in basic colours; printed walls, special colours and special sizes are an added extra. Gutters join neighbouring gazebos so rain runs off, not through the gap. The gazebo hire FAQs cover bad weather in more detail.
Same-day and next-day pop-up gazebo hire
Same-day and next-day delivery is regularly available across Greater London, subject to stock. For urgent jobs we can be with you in as little as four hours, and we deliver and collect 24/7, including bank holidays. If the date matters, book five working days ahead to guarantee it; bespoke sizes need 15 working days. We can supply up to 150 gazebos on a single order.

Pop-up gazebo questions
Can one person put up a pop-up gazebo?
One person can, but it is awkward and not safe in a breeze, which is why our crew always works in pairs. With delivered hire you never have to: we put it up, weight it and take it down.
Do you peg the gazebos into the ground?
No. We anchor with cast iron weights on every surface, grass included, so there are no holes in lawns, patios or roof membranes.
Do you cover my area?
If you are inside the M25, yes, every day. We also work across the Home Counties and further afield for larger jobs. Send us the postcode and we will confirm.
